Almond Vanilla Muffins

Ingredients
- 2/3cup Soy Milk
- 2/3cup Raw Agave Syrup
- 1/3cup olive oil
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4-1tsp Almond Extract
- 1 1/3cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2tsp sea salt

Sliced Almonds for Garnish
1 T. Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp. Honey
1/4 cup Warm Water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix ingredients a, b, and c in a small glass bowl and set aside to bubble for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the flour and salt in a bowl. Next, mix the yeast mixture with the rest of the wet ingredients and slowly pour into the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fill liners until 2/3 full and sprinkle almonds for garnish. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Cupcakes will be ready when toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

- 1cup soymilk
- 1cup fresh orange juice
- 1 applecored and diced
- 3 frozen bananas
- 8 frozen peach havles
- 1cup fresh pineapplediced
- 1 mangopeeled and diced (in season)
- 2tablespoons wheat germ
- 1tablespoon lecithin granules
- 2tablespoons nutritional yeast

- Blend all ingredients together. Drink and enjoy.

- Blend first 5 ingredients until smooth. Pour over raisins and grain of your choice, stir to mix. Heat in 350° oven until heated through.

Ingredients
- 1pound tofu
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8teaspoon turmeric
- 2tablespooons Bragg's Aminos
- 2teaspoons ABCO Chicken Seasoning
Instructions
- Crumble tofu into frying pan. Stir in seasonings. Cook 5 minutes on medium heat.
- VARIATION: Add chopped bell pepper, onions, or mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 2cups water
- 3/4cup raw cashews
- 1 1/2cups rice flour
- 2tablespooons honey
- 1/4teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a blender, liquefy cashews in 1 cup of water. Add rest of ingredients and remaining 1 cup water, and liquefy thoroughly. Let batter stand about 10 minutes. Whiz batter each time you make a crepe. Using a crepe pan or small non-stick skillet, heat on med-high. Spray or brush pan lightly with oil. Coat pan with a thin layer of batter. Cook 2-3 minutes and flip over.

- 1cup soy or rice
- 1cup cashews
- 3/4cup dates
- 2tablespooons egg replacer
- 1/2teaspoon sea salt
- 1teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a blender combine milk, cashews, and dates. Blend until smooth. While still blending add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a pie or cake pan. Dip bread on both sides and brown in a lightly oiled skillet. Top with pure maple syrup or your favorite fruit topping. Extra batter may be refrigerated and used later.

Ingredients
- 1cup milletwhole or flour
- 1cup almonds
- 1cup cashews
- 2 1/2cups "Fearn" Wheat and Soya Pancake Mix
Instructions
- Using a blender, blend 2 cups of milk with almonds and cashews. Pour into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour onto sprayed hot waffle iron. Top with your favorite syrup, nut butter or fruit topping. Place extra waffles in freezer bogs and place in refrigerator. Pop in toaster to reheat.

- Sprinkle oats in boiling water. Add dates, apples and wheat germ. Cook until done. Slice banana on top.

- 1/4cup dateschopped or pieces
- 1/3cup shredded coconut
- 1/4cup raisins
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients, and stir to combine. Reduce heat and cover. Cook about 7 minutes. Top with slivered almonds and bananas.

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350°
