Special Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 4 1/4cups water
- 1 3/4cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 8 dateschopped
- 1/2cup appleschopped
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Sprinkle oats in boiling water. Add dates, apples and wheat germ. Cook until done. Slice banana on top.
9 Grain Cereal

Ingredients
- 2cups water
- 1cup 9 grain cereal
- 1/4cup dateschopped or pieces
- 1/3cup shredded coconut
- 1/4cup raisins
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients, and stir to combine. Reduce heat and cover. Cook about 7 minutes. Top with slivered almonds and bananas.

Ingredients
- 1cup millet
- 1cup brown rice
- 6 1/2cups water
- 1/2teaspoon sea salt
- 1cup crushed pineapple
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2cup coconut
- 1/2cup dateschopped or pieces
- 1cup almondschopped
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover, and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350°
Millet Cereal

Ingredients
- 1cup millet
- 4cups water
- 1/2cup coconut
- 1cup apples, chopped
- 1cup raisins
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients except raisins. Cook raisins in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Pour into millet mixture. Keep on low heat for 45 minutes

Simple basic granola recipe where you can add your own ingredients as well.

Ingredients
- 12cups oats
- 2 cups wheat germ or bran
- 1 cup cashew pieces
- 1cup slivered almonds
- 1cup date pieces
- 1cup dried pineapple
- 2cups whole wheat flour
- 2cups shredded coconut
- 1cup water
- 1cup honey
- 1/2cup oil
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together well. Mix water, honey, and oil in blender. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well. bake 250° for 1 1/2 hours in shallow pans, stirring every 1/2 hour.
