Raw Almond Milk

Ingredients
- 1cup almondsSoaked overnight (7-9 hrs)
- 8T Raw Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Dash Sea Salt
- 4cups water
Recipe Notes
- Being by removing the skins from the almonds.
- Place almonds in the blender and add 2 cups of water, honey and vanilla.
- Blend well for about a minute in order to make sure that the almonds have been blended to smooth consistency.
- Add the remaining water and blend for another half minute.
- Strain well with a cheesecloth.
- Pour into a pitcher and serve. You may also chill before serving.

- 1tsp Raw Carob Powder
- Steviato taste
Recipe Notes
Mix together all ingredients. Pour into a small saucepan and heat until desired temperature is reached. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

- 1cup fresh orange juice
- 1 applecored and diced
- 3 frozen bananas
- 8 frozen peach havles
- 1cup fresh pineapplediced
- 1 mangopeeled and diced (in season)
- 2tablespoons wheat germ
- 1tablespoon lecithin granules
- 2tablespoons nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together. Drink and enjoy.
