Multivitamin-In-A-Cup Smoothie
This smoothie will supply most of the vitamins and amino acids you'll need for a day.

Ingredients
- 1cup soymilk
- 1cup fresh orange juice
- 1 applecored and diced
- 3 frozen bananas
- 8 frozen peach havles
- 1cup fresh pineapplediced
- 1 mangopeeled and diced (in season)
- 2tablespoons wheat germ
- 1tablespoon lecithin granules
- 2tablespoons nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together. Drink and enjoy.

- 4medium bananassliced
- 3large orangespeeled and chopped
- 8ounces frozen berriesyour choice
- 1cup unsweetened coconut
- 2large kiwipeeled and sliced
- 3 applespeeled, sliced and chopped
- 1bunch grapes
Instructions
- Combine and mix gently. Chill.
