Rosemary-Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 1tsp Crushed Dried Basil Leaves
- 1tsp Whole Dried Rosemary Leaves
- 1/2cup Lemon Juice
- 2T Raw Honey
- 1tsp sea salt
- 2-4tsp nutritional yeast
- 4T Black Olivesminced
Recipe Notes
Place first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Set your stove in the lowest setting and heat the oil mixture. Do not leave unattended. Heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Next add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over salad, steamed veggies, or a baked potato.

- 1cup Pre-cooked Fresh SoybeansRemove from pod
- 4cups Cooked CarrotsSlice Type - circles
- 1medium onioncubed
- 2cloves garlicminced
- 1cup Cooked Corn Kernals
- 2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2T Sesame Oil
- Dash Turmeric Powder
- 1 Lemonjuiced
- Salt to Taste
Recipe Notes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for a few minutes to allow flavors to blend. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- small Limesjuiced
- 1/2tsp sea salt
- 1/2cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4cup Shallotsminced
- 1/4tsp Rubbed Dry Thyme
- 1tsp Raw Honey or AgaveRaw
- 1tsp Raw Cane SugarRaw
- 1/4cup Orange Juice Concentrate
Recipe Notes
Place all ingredients in a glass jar. Cover with lid and shake well. Let sit for 20-30 minutes to allow flavors to mix. Drizzle on a salad, or marinated steamed veggies in the dressing for added flavor.

- 1cup unsweetened coconut
- 2large kiwipeeled and sliced
- 3 applespeeled, sliced and chopped
- 1bunch grapes
